Peace Club for Children

ZEYBRAH began to organize a peace club for children. It's based on our motto and Peace Plan. Its main focus is the Peacebird's Princi-pals which reflect values that speak to caring for the community, self esteem and self realization of those values. Children are invited to be a PAL, a person who promotes Peace and Love.

Children that are members have meetings and peace parties, where they share ideas about peace through the arts, drawings, poems, songs etc.

PEACE PRINCI-PALS
• 1. Honor and respect to the Self.
• 2. Honor and respect to all other Selves.
• 3. Honor and respect to the Elders.
• 4. Honor and respect to the Community.
• 5. Seek to do good--to perform acts of kindness.
• 6. Respect other people's property--do not steal.
• 7. Search for knowledge and wisdom.
• 8. Strive to make peace where there is strife.
• 9. Seek truth and speak the truth! (Be honest)
• 10. Appreciate and care for the environment.(Save the earth)
• 11. Freedom and equality to all.(Unity!)
• 12. Be tolerant of other ways of life.
• 13. Support justice! (Oppose injustice)
